1. Disconnect the negative power cable, and then remove the air filter assembly by removing the bolts holding it in place.
2. Remove the power connections to the starter motor by removing the bolts holding them in place.
3. Remove the bolts holding the starter motor in place, and then slide it out from its port on the motor.
4. Install the new unit by sliding it into the port on the vehicles motor and then re-installing the bolts holding it in place.
5. Re-install the electrical connections on the unit, and then re-install the air filter assembly and re-connect the negative power cable. Test for proper operation.
