Making the Most With Pictorico Printing Paper
Pictorico produces white and transparent printer paper. This paper can be printed on and then used for slideshows on a projector or other projects which require transparent images.
What are the different transparency films?Different films for Pictorico transparencies are:
- OHP Transparency Film(TPU 100) - Creates water-resistant images for platinum/palladium prints.
- Ultra-Premium OHP Transparency Film(TPS100) - Can hold 25 percent more ink, is 145 micrometers thick, has a milky color, and comes in different roll sizes.
Conventional film for darkroom printing is rare to find anymore. Transparency sheets can fill that gap because it can play the role of a negative. You can print your own negatives from a digital camera on this paper, and then use it to create images in the darkroom.
What are the different white papers?White high-gloss sheets are produced that can be used with dye and pigment ink. The different types are:
- PPF150 Pro Hi-Gloss - Good for heavy ink coverage.
- PGF100 Hi-Gloss - Has a thick base and is waterproof.
The different photo paper models include:
- PRO Opalescent - Inkjet paper with metallic surface to the finish and a ceramic coating.
- Pro Hi-Gloss - Has patented crystal coating and a RC paper for base.
- Hi-Gloss - RC base and a uniform surface gloss.
- Pro Photo Canvas: Has a canvas-like woven coating.
- Dual Sided - Has a front and a back that can both be printed on.
- Premium Luster - Heavy substrate and a lustrous finish with an RC coating for high-definition printers.
Artistic expression can be achieved with:
- ART Cotton - Matte looking paper made of 100 percent cotton with no optical brightening substances.
- ART Kenaf - Has tiny woven fabric throughout the surface, acid-free, has a matte finish, and is made of Kenaf fibers; two sides can be used with the printer.
- Gekko Green - For black and white printers; has grayscale color options.
- Gekko Red - For black and white printers; has a soft texture and a gloss finish; can be used with pigmented ink.
- Gekko Blue - For black and white printing; resin-coated base; can be used with dye and pigmented ink.
- Gekko Black - For black and white printing; has resin-coated base and matte surface finish.
- Velvety Paper - Appearance like Baryta paper and soft artwork.
