GMC Envoy Interior Mirrors
General Motors first released the GMC Envoy in 1998 and manufactured it through 2000. It disappeared for a while before making a comeback in 2002 that lasted through 2009. The Envoy has multiple interior mirrors, including those on the sun visors.

- Dimmer: A dimmer feature on the GMC Envoy lets you change the brightness of that mirror. This reduces the glare that might get in your eyes and changes any visible information on the mirror.
- OnStar: GMC made the Envoy compatible with OnStar systems. These mirrors have a button that you can press to automatically connect to the company. OnStar can call the police or ambulance for you and arrange for other help if needed. Youll need a subscription to use this feature in your SUV.
- Temperature: Many mirrors for the GMC Envoy will also show you the outside temperature. It keeps track of the current temperature right on the glass.
- Compass: You can also use this mirror to keep track of the direction you travel in your car with its built-in compass. The mirror uses one or two letters that correspond to directions like north and south.
In addition to your rearview mirror, youll also find other replacement mirrors for the interior of your GMC Envoy. One example is a replacement for the ones on your sun visors. These visors attach to the roof and sit just above the windshield. You can pull one down to keep the sun from getting in your eyes. These interior visors often have a mirror as well. Does model or vehicle year matter?The model year of your SUV may matter when looking for GMC Envoy interior mirrors. In addition, GMC released two trim levels, an XL version and an XUV version. Both of these trim levels are significantly larger than other versions of the Envoy, and the mirrors used inside changed slightly to give drivers a better look at the areas behind them.
