• Measure and cut the length of hose you need.
• Using a fitting lubricant, push the fitting onto the hose as far as possible, then mark the location with chalk.
• Choose a die that matches the diameter of your hose.
• Set the machine to the correct micrometer setting for your hose.
• Put the hose in the machine, add the compression ring on top of the die, and turn on the machine to crimp the hose.
